You can now be picked up and dropped off from home, work, or school. ( pick up point away from home MUST be notified by email howell@howellds.com) We do not cover the congestion charge area Monday to Friday 07.00 - 18.00.

All pupils can now view their Progress record LIVE on our secure site, 24 hrs 7 days a week.

Concentration - Anticipation - Patience

We at Howell ds understand that new drivers will be unsure of themselves, as we all know confidence grows with experience. A good driver never let him/herself get over confident. This could be dangerous.
As a driver you must have a proper concern not only for your own safety and that of your passengers, but also for the safety of every other road users, including pedestrians. This is why you must concentrate on the job of driving. Concentration help you to anticipate. If you plan ahead you will be able to anticipate the actions of other road users, as well as being able and ready to alter your speed or course as the situation develops.
Remember, driving a steady course on the road depends on how you use your eyes. Always look well ahead.
